Seokjae mainly focuses on fundamental study on structural properties of all-solid-state batteries. His research focuses on the interphase between electrode material and solid electrolyte material to improve battery performance. He analyzes the structure of materials ,especially the degradation of materials, using X-ray and neutron diffraction to suggest a direction for improvement. He likes watching movies in his free time.
